Day 28- On the road to Akaroa

Yes folks another bus journey but not as far this time but with nearly as many stops. We reached Akaroa just before lunch and dumped our bags at Chez la mer where we were staying, a cozy place not to far from the bay. We went for a walk to see what was there and found ourselves booking a cruise around the bay to see some white flippered penguins, seals and some rare dolphin's only found here. Akaroa being French is full of cafe's and restaurants and the occasional bar and souvenir shop so we indulged in some local fair and milkshakes.
