Wed 26th Today we did some independent exploring, instead of hiring any guides we explored some caves and waterfalls our selves. We set up some anchors up by this bridge over a rushing river and rappelled down into the mouth of a gigantic cave it was so exhilarating. I spent the first hour standing in the frigid water trying to get good shots of everyone coming down, Pics to come of this for sure! After that we just chilled around our Maori village and caught some vitamin D. Thursday 27th This morning we learned an authentic Maori Tribal Dance called the HAKA it’s a welcoming dance, Ka mate.. ka mate… ka ora… ka ora… tenei te tangata..po huru…huru…nana I tiki mai.. whakawhit.. te…ra… Aaa upanane…Aaa upanane…Aaa upanane..
