We set off for quite a long bus journey to New Zealand’s Capital city Wellington just in time for Whaitangi and what the locals call crazy weekend due to the IRB world sevens. When we realised we would be in town for the sevens we tried to get tickets but they were all sold out. We go to our hostel and arranged to meet up with a friend we met in Thailand. While we were waiting to be picked up we heard a man had tickets for sale and quickly bought them. A few drinks with our friends then back to the hostel to get ready for rugby sevens.
