Well worth the trip as there is a great museum at the top, the views are great and, of course, you get to ride on it.

April 28th 2007Well that was our long term intention as we left Wellington having admired the Te Papa Museum down on the waterfront and also taken the old red cable car up to the Botanic Garden to view Wellington from the top down too. What a magnificent bay it stands in - and the cafe did a good cake too.

Hello from the Cooks!!!
Like the blog, especially the hot water beach photies, we wish we had them for our blog! You seem to have captured some great moments with your various cameras, better than ours, but we are still learning. Taking lots more beach photos to make everyone jealous at the moment! Met another sea-loving dog today who played with us! Hope your trip home went well and wasn't too long. Let us know when you get back and how many premium bonds I won!! he he! Love the Morris Minor too - when i learn to drive can i have one?! lots of love jo and james xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
