On the road again, just can't wait to get on the road again.................... Left Tapapakanga this morning and headed north. 1st stop Orere Pt for a quick look. The wind was howling, the exit out of the motorhome was pretty impressive as the door flew open and I ejected out of my seat. This is a forget the hairbrush day as you are well and truly wasting your time (not that Lance has to worry too much about that). Our next stop was Kawakawa Bay. We really like this spot, excellent boat ramp, good fishing grounds and Hauraki Gulf islands all close by. Spent a bit of time watching boats being launched and retrieved down at the boat ramp which is always good entertainment😊 Just up the road is Duder Regional Park. Had a quick walk through part of the park but weather looking suspect so decided to cut short. A bit of a shame as nothing really happened weather wise and the park looks like it has pretty awesome views further around. Lunch in Maretai and a catch up on free spark internet. There were a couple of locals busy on the beach with their metal detectors......I wonder if they found any treasure (or maybe their wives shouted these awesome electronic gifts to get them out of the house). Our final stop of the day is Omana Regional Park. Another spot with great views that we plan on exploring tomorrow😊
