Rebonjour tout le monde,
Eh bien voici un petit resumé de nos dernieres aventures. Samedi dernier nous sommes allés visiter une autre île appelée Waiheke Island qui est a 25 minutes de traversier. On a passe une partie de l'apres midi a la plage pour ensuite aller visiter les vignobles qui bordent cette ile fantastique. Mais on avait mal calculé notre affaire et on a du faire du pouce et marcher 4 km pour revenir sur nos pas car il n'y avait plus d'autobus. Mais ces aventures font parties des voyages. Vraiment je me suis senti 30 ans de moins et on a bien ri ! Le lendemain on a eu une belle opportunité d'aller faire de la voile avec un confrère de travail de Luc. Encore une super journée!
Et ce week end nous avons fait une marche de 15 km qui s'appelle " Coast to Coast Walk". Et dimanche, nous avons fait un pique nique dans un parc extroardinaire ou il y avait de la musique. Tout le monde etait la avec leur bouffe et les enfants qui couraient tout autour. Vraiment les kiwis sont des gens qui vivent dehors qui profitent de leur bel environnement et
qui pratiquent aussi plusieurs sports qu'on est pas vraiment habitué de voir comme le rugby, le cricket et le croquet. Ils font aussi beaucoup de vélo, de course et de natation de longue distance dans la baie d' Auckland.
Ce jeudi je vais me joindre au gens de la place pour participer au nettoyage annuel des plages d'Auckland ca sera suivui d'un BBQ pour tous les benevoles! Une belle chance de bavarder avec des gens de la place.

Hi dear friends,
Here is a little view of our latest adventures. Last Saturday we visited another island called "Waiheke Island" which is about 25 minutes by ferry. We spent the afternoon at the beach and afterward, we visited the wineries that you can find there all around the island. But we had a little timing problem to come back and needed to do hitch hiking and had to walk 4 km to come back. But it was fun I had a
good laugh I was feeling 20 years old again.
And Sunday we had the nice opportunity to go sailing with a guy who works with Luc. What a fantastic day again!
And this weekend Saturday we did a walk of 15km called " Coast to Coast Walk". It was long but very fun. We passed by different parks and city areas. And Sunday we did a picnic at a really nice park with huge trees who date more than hundred years. There was some live music and people were sitting in the grass all around with kids running everywhere. The people here are very outdoor and they practice a lot of sports from some that we dont know so much like the rugby, cricket and crocket. They do a lot of bicycle, running and swimming around the bay.
This Thursday I'm supposed to join the people here to do the annual Auckland Beach Clean Up that will be followed with a BBQ for all volunteers.
Ill give you more news next from our upcoming weekend. We are supposed to visit West Cost for the first time. Hopefully the nice weather will be with us because until now
each time we go away from the city we had bad weather. But I'm confident this time will be good the forecast looks ok for now.
