On the steps of the Dakota.
Cousin Glenn McCready invited us all to the Anzac Warbirds family day at Ardmore Airport.
It was a fantastic day and we had such a good time.
My Dad William McCready is 85 years old and remembers training on the Tigermoth Aircraft 67 years ago when he was in the Airforce!!!!
On the way to the airshow he happened to say that he would like to sit in a Tigermoth.
Well we did better than that he was able to go on a flight and the pilot did all sorts of aerobatics with him at 3,000ft.
Dad was also able to fly the Tigermoth. All very exciting.
Dad had the most amazing time.
Dad and Graham also went up in the Dakota.
Joel, Chelle and the girls joined us as well as Kathryn.
We met up with Doug Brooker and he took us to see his Spitfire and also his aerobatic plane.
We thank Glenn so much for inviting us along.
