Tree Adventures

Gawd, just back from the forrest after swinging through trees, strussed up, feeling a bit sore. It was good fun but suffering from vertigo it was a bit challenging at moments. Still fighting sleep which may be the jet lag still or a result of having my arms ripped out of their sockets for two hours.

I love how they get you to sign a disclaimer, hand your helmet, show you how your caribena works then just point you in the direction of the really tall trees. It was a good warm up for the various activities we have planned for the next few months


For lunch we went to a pie shop and they all had really funny names, but not forgetting the name of the shop - Jesters - the healthy alternative - which begs the question - what the heck are you eating if this is the healthier alternative - I opted for the more familiar Sausage Roll.

After that Graham and I went to a huge shop called "the warehouse" to pick up some cheap towels for the van, think costco/makro on steroids - it was huge - when we came out it was raining cats and dogs - pagh
