We have spend 6 days and nights in pacific paradise on the beautiful island of Moorea in French Polynesia. Its got it all white beaches, turquoise lagoons and crazy tropical animals and fruit. It’s a slice of French Chic mixed with Polynesian culture on tropical islands in the middle of the south pacific. We had an Aito room five meters from the lagoon with great swimming and snorkeling. We went on massive walk around part of the island which was about 11 miles long although we saw cooks bay and loads of mountain and tropical scenery we didn’t intend on walking so far but the bus did not turn up. As we in flip flops we could not walk for the rest of the week.

We had one night in Papeete the FP capital on Tahiti before we left this place was different , quite busy and not all that friendly but it was an experience to see the city and we ate at the famous Roulottes which are the food vans in the harbour. The problem with FP is the cost, it’s the most expensive place we have ever been and the mozzies are brutal, but that aint a complaint because the place is amazing!

ive sent you a bus timetable for your next destination if you are on the islands and listen carefully you can tell when / where the english are you will hear flip,flip..flop.flop..flip,flip...flop,flop-the sound of john and claire walking in step together !!!!
