Flight Information

It is about 11:00pm, and we have been made aware of the attempted terrorist attacks on the US. We are monitoring flight information and are checking online to get the most up to date restrictions for carry on items, security, etc... As of right now, our plans remain unchanged. That may all change in the morning. We will be leaving the hotel at 4:30am to go to the airport. I will know more about our flight status when we get there. I will not activate the phone tree unless there have been drastic changes in our flight plans. If you have questions about our flights, please check the American Airlines Web site for delays, and/or call the Program Office. I will call the office first with any changes in our itinerary before I activate the phone tree, so they will have the most up to date information.
