It's now 8.45pm on Wednesday. We've come back up river today, been to the Gol Gol Pub for a late lunch . . . interesting and possibly not somewhere that needs to be visited again!!!! CB played the pokies - not very successfully ... BP & LB played pool - LB not very successfully although it was closer than I thought it would be.

A little cooler today after last night's storm and a little breezier but it's lovely now . . . although the mossies have come out to play. Just getting dinner then into the spa for a while before hitting the hay.

The most concerning sign seen today was "Beware of Ostriches" . . . who knew!!!!! Oh . . . and another houseboat with 3 guys and 1 girl on board who were useless at tying up to the mooring at the Gol Gol Pub. They were on a much smaller vessel and were alongside before we even looked like getting there but CB & LB had the ropes done and dusted at the same time as the guys!!!!! Effort, girls!!!!!!! The others had no mariner-like nicities . . . no hello, no wave, nothing.

Just as an aside . . . the houseboat isn't quite as responsive as a car - it take a little longer to turn, position, etc. We have suggested to Bee that she may need to take it easy in the Porsche when we get back as it may be a little more responsible . . . and she won't have CB and I to throw out the ropes!!!!!
