Hey, today we arrived at Brisbane airport and had a 3 hour break before getting our internal flight to Cairns. This flight only took 2 hours and was a much better journey. When we arrived in Cairns it was beautiful sunshine and we learned we had a free shuttle bus that would pick us up and take us to the Bohemia Resort - bonus as every penny counts...
We checked in fine and then headed into Cairns Central. We had a fabulous pasta meal and then found an Irish Pub for a well awaited cheaper pint of Guinness and Strongbow - woo hoo!
We tried to get in for the Great Barrier Reef tour tomorrow but thay are fully booked so we have booked for Wednesday.
Hope it isn't too cold back in snowy England... 😊 😊 Xx Xx

Guiness - in Oz!
...something seriously not right about guiness in the sun in oz but I love it!! Good on ya sheila's!....loving the blog keep going - live the dream! PS its not just cold its proper brrrrrrrr ice cold!!!! x
