Week 2

Hi again,

We stayed 2 nights in Melbourne and took the caravan out to Regent to have a couple of little jobs done, including having a new tv/dvd fitted on an arm. Much easier than stowing it under the bed every time we travel!

We are now on Phillip Island, at Newhaven, which is the first turn left after the bridge and about 10 minutes from Cowes! Nice park and we have booked in for 6 days. Today we’ve done an hour and a half bike ride to and around Churchill Island - beautiful weather today, so we made the most of it. (first time the bikes have been off the van!!)Drove to Cowes to see the fairy penguins (sorry, the tiny penguins!) tonight. Nearly froze our buts off, but very cute little birds & well worth visiting.
