We arise and do breakfast at an outside table and then sort of wait out the time until its is time to put out the luggage and go wait in the lobby for departure to the airport.

The flight from Cairns to Sydney lasts about 3 hours on an Airbus 320-200 with 400 passengers-- 8 seats across with over 50 rows. We arrive in Sydney and meet Brian Kirkham, our site coordinator, have an orientation, have dinner, and then about half of the group go for a walk around Cockle Bay to get somewhat oriented to the area. Then to bed.
