A rocky challenge

I guess we all like a challenge, and part of our return journey included a physical challenge - climbing to the top of Castle Rock in the Porongurup National Park. Marg and Rob purchased a Horizon Wattle (Mercedes Sprinter) motorhome built by Ballina Campers and planned to circumnavigate Australia over the following couple of years, collecting it just after Rob retired in May 2011. The couple of years grew out to over 4 years during which time we travelled from Brisbane to Perth return accross the Nullarbor both ways in 2011; in 2012 we travelled various places on the East Coast of Australia. Some climb
That was some effort need to be reasonably fit to attempt that. Great shots of views rocks and birds

Sometimes don't you think all the amazing things in the world are up a big hill. Sounds like a great trip and glad you found people to climb with. Very happy you were able to help our the distressed hiker.
