Firstly back in the real world it's Philip mum's birthday today so were thinking of her back home today and sending our love. x

Philip decidce to chill out on the trainning today and goes to body combat at the arena which involves dance and martial arts move, he is the only lad in a room of tighly clad ladies. any thoughts of an easy time disapper after two mins when he is sweating so much it is coming out of his eyes. the worlds most uncordinated man trying music and martail arts moves was always destain to end in tears and Philip soon lives up to this by attempting a roundhouse kick and promptly volleys the wall. rolling round in agnoy while several women titter. he does enjoy it and i think we will go back and if anybody trys to jump us along as we have some seminal 70's soft rock playing on our Mp3 to dance and do our moves to they will have no chance. Philip spends the rest of the morning downloading men at work and angry anderson tracks.



We then have a proper Aussie barbie and settle down for the cup final
