With the 3 other times that my father has been to Australia, all have been in City Beach near Perth. At first I wondered why he didn't branch out and see the rest of this enormous country, but now I can see why! Perth and Western Australia are amazing. This is what California shoul... Living it up on the wrong side of the road
Hellloooooo Nathan, It is great reading about your travel experiences. You have a wonderful way of describing the details and nuances in such a way that one surely feels like they are traveling right along with you. City Beach looks like it would be fun, especially with the tranquil waters. And how perfect you are sharing it with relatives. Great memories for you all. I know all too well how tricky it is driving on the opposite side of the road. Try doing that in London sometime. As you know, you learn real fast. But the challenge is fun and quite rewarding, especially for you with stops at the Pinnacles, Koala habitat and Crystal Caves. Nice! As always, your pictures enhance your terrific stories. I don't know how you took a picture of the Southern Cross Constellation but that was cool. Great beach shots, Pinnacles at sunset, Koalas and Kangaroos posing. Keep having fun! - Mike

I'm going to know so much about Australia from your pix and stories. 104 degrees!! Ouch! I'd be heading for the cave too. - Nick
