In Broome we got a site right opposite to the mini golf. We stayed there 4 nights. Alex, my Dad and I played a game of mini golf together. Alex and I had a game by ourselves the day before. At the shops there were lots of pearl shops. We looked at all of them! Inside the pearl shops there were lots of pearls inside that were very pretty. Mum bought one and I bought one. On the third day we went to Cable Beach and had a camel ride at sunset. There were lots of naked old guys sunbathing during the day and they were still there at night. Very rudey-dudey! On the first day we saw a man standing next to his car and he was on the phone. The second day we drove along Cable Beach and we saw him again next to his car in the same spot on the phone. When we were on the camel ride we saw him by his car again, but he wasn’t on the phone! On the last day we had a bit of a swim at Cable Beach in the waves, then went back and rinsed off in the swimming

When we went out to Gunthaeme Point to look around we saw someone with a bird and a dog. The bird’s name was Lex. Lex was an Electa Parrot from New Guinea. Lex’s wings had been trimmed so he couldn’t fly away.
We left Broome and went to Middle Lagoon. We camped right on the edge of a cliff, which went down to the beach. In low tide the water went out a long, long way and as the waves came in, so did the crabs. We had to be careful not to step on them or they would nip us. Next day went to Kooljamon Resort and the beach was beautiful. We went in the water and rode the waves as they came in to the beach. We had fun. On the way back to Broome we stopped at Beagle Bay and saw the church with lots of pearl shells decorating the floor, windows and altar. It was very, very beautiful.
We stayed at Broome another 2 nights in a different site. We went to the market on Sunday. Mum and I had our hair wrapped in different colours.
