airport sleep-over

Hi people,

If you ever thought about how it would be ok to spend a night sleeping in an airport:so that you can save $23 on accommodation:then please think again,especially at Christchurch airport!

This is why...All shop's close down at 8 o'clock,the only flights are inbound ones:every twenty minutes a recorded message lets you know that you should'nt leave your luggage unattended: The Cleaner buzzes around you on his 4 wheeled vacuum cleaner.

One good thing that came about by sleeping at the airport:I happened to bump into Lex( I met lex on the 1st night in Auckland,he played a few chords of " Sundress" by Ben Kweller for me!).
We talked about what we had been upto and our NZ experiences:this guy wants to do a lot of cool things in his life:I think he will succeed in many of these.

Had a great time in Queenstown,watching movies,hiking up hills,walking around gardens and generally meeting some nice people.(see picture) L-R john,mick,geert,eleonora,me and monica.

Caught early bus to Christchurch- via Mt cook:it was a long journey:the views of Mount Cook were worth it!.

In Melbourne now,crashing with Curtis & Anne in St Kilda,there both good and say hi!
