I want to take the opportunity to rise my simpathy for the case of David Hicks. Don't know if his case (like many others actually) it's on the press overseas and basically I dont know if its guilty or not. its not the point for me. the thing is I dont think its fair he is imprisoned in the Guantanamo bay without any possibility to defend himself, without any legal guarantees, no fair process. I just dont think the existence of Guantanamo itself is fair. think about it.If the idea was to fight the terrorism with that prison, well is exaclty obtaining well the opposit. U cant fight the terrorism (or whatever)with other rage.I thought that by now that should be clear, see the same in Palestina.Plus I dont think
