Between Tasmania & Sydney, Australia

Today is Wednesday for us and we are at sea between Tasmania and Sydney, Australia, our next stop tomorrow and Friday. We are 16 hours ahead of you, so it is still Tuesday back home. We had a wonderful time in Hobart with our old friends who gave us a welcome deserving of royalty, a tour of the city and entertained us in their home. Two Photos: (1) from the top of Mt. Washington overlooking the city and (2) a picture of the old and the new together-a scene I couldn't resist on our walk back to the Queen Victoria after lunch. The seals and penguins in the foreground are sculptures. We are getting off the ship in Sydney and spending the night in the Marriott Hotel downtown so that Granny Lynne can take a bath. We only have a shower in our suite and she is ready of a real old hot tub soak.
