WILD TASMANIA...Mt William N.P. They returned to Winmalee in the Blue Mountains with sirens screaming...heavy smoke....bushfires raging. A firey stopped them near their home. "You cannot enter. What is your address?" "Oh...I'm very sorry...you are too late...your house has gone." Wow, wow, wow
Glad you are in charge of changing the music Dave. The fires bring such sadness. Glad you escape tragedy. Looks like your time in the National Park was grand. Amazing photos once again.

Wow, wow, wow
Thanks MJ. Subjective I know but this is a blog I was looking forward to as the photos of little things...simplicity of nature...especially grouped together create a pleasing collage. Considering they are captures of moments in time often changed by the next wave, to Tony & I was quite exhilerating.

Thanks again MJ...as usual you have a good eye. A pic with amazing light that somehow reeks of remoteness...which is what it was.

Lavender fields forever
What a sweet camping experience with new friends and photogenic kelp, lavender fields, and amazing seahorses (horrendous price, but you did get some great photos of those little creatures!). As usual, I love your panoramas--I could feel the sand between my toes!

Lavender fields forever
Thanks Tara. Lavender is the scent of the pure natural soul...fits in well in these parts where genetically modified crops are taboo.

lovely lavender
I always have a couple of different kinds of big lavender bushes in my gardens, especially since it attracts the bees and hummingbirds!

Wind swept, pure & untamed
As the mascot of The Dancing One I would like to thank you for the reminder of such a wonderful holiday - there is something addictive about remoteness - this was one of my favourite places in Tasmania - wind swept, pure & untamed.

Wind swept, pure & untamed
An apt phrase to encapsulate also one of my favourite places...opened my eyes to many things and forever grateful I also noticed the beauty of the little things

perfection!
Glad you commented Harold...she's running uphill as well so the angle is right. Gotta agree...the dress and the girl generally were perfect in this setting...and they knew it!
