Normally when one goes home on holidays, a request from your Dad to mow the lawn does not seem like a big deal. It’s when the “lawn” is 11 acres of grapevines populated by huge spider webs under construction, snakes sunbathing and a high maintenance goat, a simple household chore is transformed into an extreme sport. Overall, it was a lovely couple of days spent in the sun. At the end of it, the vineyard looked great. We even managed to label a few (well 50) dozen bottles of wine. Very satisfying.
