We have spent two days here at cradle Mountain and have been so lucky to have clear and sunny days. perfect walking weather. Climbed to Marion's Lookout via the "short and steep" route. Some parts had chains to help pull yourself up or stop you falling down. It was certainly steep but worth the climb. On the way up two young 30 something guys congratulated us on our efforts. I was a bit worried that we looked so old that he thought we needed the compliment. I later realised that they were struggling to get up to the top.

The boardwalks are impressive and the walking generally easy. Today we did the Dove Lake Circuit and then walked the Cradle Mountain circuit, about 13 km. Hope the photos do it justice. It was great! Worth the trip for sure!
