It took us two and a half days to cross the plain and we really enjoyed it, which cam as surprise as most folk we talked to said it was a boring drive, but I suppose we are less used to that kind of scenery and get more out of it. As you can see it was really quite green which was a surprise beacuse of all the heavy rain and storms that southern Australia had had in January so it was looking kinda lush!
