Today is my Dad's birthday and it was Father's Day yesterday, so as usual I have missed both, so Happy Birthday Dad and Happy Father's Day! Back in the November of 2008, we embarked on an adventure that would take us out of everything that we were so familiar with, a comfortable life in the UK, friends, family and the English countryside.
