Backpacking Again!!!!!

Hello everyone....been awhile since i have wrote a blog...lol...HOwever....I have been on a couple trips in the last couple weeks....Spent a week in Queensland in Cairnes...it was amazing...very tropical...I just lounged around the pools most of the time...went on a crocadile tour...and i finally got to dive the Great Barrier Reef...i went on a liveaboard charter for a couple days where you sleep on the boat...we got some night dives in with the SHARKS...that was freaky man...met some real cool people at the hostel...i actually liked it so much i missed my plane and stayed for an extra day...opps...lost my wallet twice and left my camera case there...(shut up Matt)..lol..i am hopeless...flew back to Sydney for 2 days then I flew up tp Byron Bay...it is real nice there too...the weather wasnt all that great compared to Cairnes...got some surfing in...but the wind was bad as you can see in the pics...I met my friend Ruth from work there and her friends...first night there i got to enjoy a real Aussie seafood BBQ, me 2 other guys and 9 women...its harsh i know...i had oysters for the first time...yummy...then it was party time for the rest of the week...i drove back with Ruth and got to see my first kangaroos...
Now it is back to work as usual...but i got transfered to a busier station, where they get lots of fires and rescues, due to the low econommical state of the area....yipee
Well i am looking forward to seeing Dad and Nicci here soon....and MAtt and Trav if they really do make it...Sydney will never be the same...
How is everyone back home...getting cold i bet...I am sure going to miss the snow...but i guesas i will goto the beach have a cold beer and get over it...lol...
