Surfers paradise / Byron Bay

well leaving Noosa was pretty sad as we'd become attached to the comforts and luxury and friendliness of the hostel and was been well looked after with the free wine and cheese evenings, free bbqs and all you can eat pizza nights and the beautiful surrounds so when we arrived in surfers our time there unfortunately didnt lift our expectations and the hostel although was in a great location reminded us of an old run down hotel were you had to hire your bowls and that so good job we had our old faithful cutlery!! lol. it appeared to be very rough and we were often got the old wake up call by the shouting and fighting outside out hostel so when the time to leave arrived we were more than ready to pack up and move on to the next stop.....byron bay!! :-)
