Day 63 & 64

Today we caught the Ferry back to Townsville and then the bus to Mission Beach where suprise suprise.....it rained! ALL day for 2 days! Not wanting to waste our time however we decided to maximise the hostels facilities and played a marathon 4 hour game of monopoly where Elin became champion...unfortunately a hotel on Old Kent Road didn't quite cut it! However more drama was to be created from the game as standing up to move away from the rain Becky whacked her toe on the bench and as a result it is now bent and broken! Unfortunately we didn't manage to make it to the actual beach as now crippled and wet the thought of the beach was not appealing but film and popcorn night was greatly appreciated!!
