We had to be up early to catch the Oz Experience bus. Our driver is called Deisel (cause she put the wrong fuel in the tank!) and we are her first tour and following another bus. But it means there are only 10 of us on the bus so we can spread out. Our first stop was breakfast next to a bungy site- the only one in a rainforest. Karen and I did a Minjin swing which was like the Swoop in Rotorua. So much fun especially when atached to a friend. Could see all the way out to the Great Barier Reef from the top.
Swimming in Lake Eachan was next, a rain filled crater. We saw some small turtles. Then a quick stop at a waterfall before watching some large crocodiles being fed, seeing a cassawary the most dangerous bird in the world becaus of its razor sharp middle claw. As well as holding some snakes!! We stayed the night at Mission beach but arrived to late to see the beach!!
