Early start to see foot doctor last time Philip was in Australia he needed medical attention for mouth ulcers and the appointment followed a pretty similar course . The doctor takes alook at the condition and show disgust errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. you just don’t get that at home and then advises you to go and bath in the sea. That would be the sea with Lions ,Tigers and Bears in? I mean sharks, crocs and Jellyfish. I don’t wish to labour the point on box jellyfish but these are the world deadliest creature and i quote from our second hand book

"You have virtually no chance of surviving the venomous sting, unless treated immediately. The pain is so excruciating and overwhelming that you would most likely go into shock and drown before reaching the shore."

I think Philip will stick with the pain from the infected toe nail.

We pick up re embroidery shirt up with the correct spelling, The lady refuse to charge us as she has read the website in question and is honoured to do it and thinks Philip is inspiration. when your 12000 miles from home and all alone and act of kindness like this cause a near emotional breakdown and we take her a box of chocolates.

So three days to go and Philip is looking for some awe inspiring tunes to make him smile for his mp3 anything would be improvement on the kids from fame and high school musical nonsense that has somehow found its way on there

Tommorrow we have to pick our race kit up from the marathon expo and meet the young lady who took offence to our blog last week should be fun........
