The worst part of this trip was departing this island......we had such a fabulous time and met the most lovely people. Quentin and I will have the fondest memories of out time on Fraser.

The guys playing guitar with their legs.......Dave is responsible for this particular action. When Steve and I were playing guitar around the campfire, Dave would bring along his leg and play along with us.....LOL....your a legend Dave.

Walking into Eli Creek from the ocean side. Spectacular and amazing. The water is so clear you can view all living life including fish swimming about.

Eli Creek; 4000 litres of fresh water flows from this creek into the ocean every hour, amazing facts. It is also imperative to carry with you a printout of the daily tidal chart so you can plan your tours of the island. Eli Creek cannot be reached if the tide is high. Rainbow beach across the mainland had a photo board of all the 4WD's which had run into a little trouble with the tides. I hope they had insurance!!

Heading to the Mantarey Barge waiting area before the tide rises. It takes 1.5 hrs to get from Cathedral Beach Campsite to the waiting area.

Hi Monique My deepest apologies for not emailing to you sooner. As you can see I am still having a great time and yes we are still on the road. I'm glad you are enjoying the photos, did you get a copy from Irene and Phil. It was sooo nice meeting you too, all of you have really given me inspiration to keep going with my guitar and singing as sometimes I think i'm not too sure if I should. Thanks for giving me inspiration! Will be back in Perth in a couple of weeks and will let you know when I get my first gig. I will certainly never forget you guys.....ur the best. xox Alitia
