G'day g'day! Im so glad this website is sending you all updates now! It feels like im talking to someone- not just myself!
Anyway. Yesterday went to Tjapukai aboriginal centre, where basically i learnt the whole of the history of aboriginal culture through movies and theatre shows. it was pretty amazing! I particularly like the didge playing and dances! Its cool! The last film was about how we, the english basically tried to wipe them out, just because! I knew this, but seeing it on film shocked me still. Basically, we went into the bush- where these guys were happily living at one with their earth...and they saw us as attacking- so put their shields and spears up at us...so we shot them! Its pretty shocking! We then tried to wipe the rest of them out as best as we could but it didn't work...obviously.
After that i had a massice 3 course meal for just 10 pounds..including aussie pumpkin soup! yum yum!
In the afternoon i went to Hartleys crocodile farm. This is a place where they breed crocodiles to kill them for their skin and meat. Im not so sure about this...but they had some entertaining feeding shows! Crocs are pretty scary! For some reason i thought it would be a good idea to have my photo taken HOLDING a crocodile. It was only a baby...but i assure u, i was more scared doing this than i was jumping out of a plane! It was all squishy and yuckky...but i guess its one to tell the grandkids!
Im just about to get picked up to start my PADI (Scuba diving) course. I dont get to go into the great barrier reef for another two days but im sure it will be worth it. When im done, i get to dive on my own anywhere in the world! How exciting!!!
Just to make you all feel not QUITE so jealous...its pouring with rain here in Cairns! Its the "wet season", seems to be raining every morning...all morning....but dry and sunny in the afternoons! I can cope with it, its warm rain! hehe

omg i would never hold a croc!! when i saw the title of this i thought you had been eaten by one or something. So I hope your having a very adventurus time, and i wouldnt mind the rain as its all warm and not all sun horrible stuff!! eww! Well, I hope your gonna get some pictORS up as that would be completely yumpskins! We all miss you here!! My mum and Grandmarrr are going to see Deal or no deal!! lol! How funny! I wanted to go but you have to be really really old to go and see it!! :( how pooo is that! anyway, have a wonderful time doing your diving thing! Sounds super fun! :D xxxxxxxxxx
