Drove from Rainbow Beach down to the Australian Zoo (Home of the Crocoldile Hunter) which is on the way to Brisbane.
The Zoo is very cool in that it has pretty huge enclosures for all of the animals - the crocodiles were nearly all rescued by Steve Irwina nd brought to the Zoo or they would have been killed. There was a crocodile show where they feed the crocs - a bit tamer than the one we saw at Johnstone's but still pretty cool. We also got to feed Kangaroos and held a koala.
It was pretty sad knowing that Steve Irwin is dead and you really get to see all of the hard work that he done for conservation for animals...
