Airlie Beach and The Whitsundays

This for us was a nothing event. After having a great time on Magnetic Island we had headed south to Airlie Beach but we really didnt warm to the place and only spent a few hours there. As we had the van we really didn't want to take a trip to any of the Whitsundays, plus we were really enjoying the camping part of our trip.

Our quick stop at Airlie Beach meant that we could head further south and this was probably a good thing as we still had plenty of kilometres still to cover. We spent the night in a town called Seaforth and as usual avoided the campsites and instead drove off the road into the woods where we had a fire and made an excellent dinner of chicken fajitas! Divine!
