The first thing we saw on crossing into the Northern Territory on October 9th was the 130 km road signs! NT didn’t have a speed limit at all until fairly recently - not sure why this changed but it is now 130! We travelled around Australia in 2008 in a 4WD and caravan, a wonderful trip over 11 months and 50,000 km! In 2013 we embarked on another adventure, travelling through Mexico, Cuba, Costa Rica, Turkey, Greece, Croatia, then whipped through central Europe to the UK and Ireland, a trip of 6 months. ( still some chapters to write up 2 years on). Not sure what is next..... 2015. What came next was a 3 month trip to the UK, with the main goal being to walk 300 km across England on Wainwrights Coast to Coast route!
