Kings Canyon Rim Walk
Start of the climb to the rim of the canyonNeedless to say I slept very well in my very comfortable tent but only until 5am when it was up again to go to Kings Canyon to do a three hour walk along the rim of the canyon Our guide Evan was very knowledgeable about the different geology, forna and flora as well as being very amusing in his stories It was a truly fabulous walk including a visit to The Garden of Eden and the lost city amongst these intriguing orange rock formations Again the photos speak for themselves but a magnificentt area to be privileged to be in This morning has definitely been a highlight culminating in finding a little Deviled Back Lizard in the road which we brough back to camp (see photo)
We leave now for the 3 hour coach trip to Alice Springs No internet connection until this evening so a little behind with my homework I hope you all enjoy the photos!

Promise you'll consider the implications next time you agree to the demands of a hitch hiker. Although he's very cute he could have very objectionable ideas...
