Hello All Thanks to a kind assistant here I am. Singapore was wonderful. It is such a vibrant city. We walked around S harbour area. Took a boat trip down S river and saw Mer Lion. Had expensive dinner on boat quay of fried crab & spicey beef. Next day took Bus to Bugis Street market. Explored same. Entered a Budhist Temple -so peaceful only inches away from a busy road. Fascinating carvings. Dinner in Food Street. Hotel Scarlet was sumptuous in red & gold. Ian met us in Sydney. Next day we saw a concert in SOH. Wonderful Beethoven piano Concerto. Dinner on quayside of red snapper in lemon curry. Sunday paddled on Bondi Beach! We watched the end of a swimming race - even they looked exhausted! & then took an incredible coastal walk. The rock formations were spectacular. The breakers were very powerful. Monday morning at 0745 had conducted tour of Syd Fish Market. I saw fish I had never heard of & certainly would never eat! The process is a Dutch auction. Pm boat trip to Manly across the phenomenal Sydney Harbour. The breakers were even more powerful & the surfers were very expert. Took train across Sydney Harbour Bridge. What an adventure!
