coffs harbour beach..
..it was nice but the sea is very rough so you couldn't swim. G'day mate,
So after the long drive back down to coffs, i was exhausted from all the driving, so we just went for a walk around the harbour at coffs! Its pretty small which worked in our favour really. The next day i Han was up ready to go to the pet porpoise pool so she could swim with dolphins. She was so excited and she couldnt wait to get there. We arrived a bit early and had chance to walk around the site and you are so close to the dolphins you could touch them, which you actually could, so that was really cool. They often swam round the pool and you could play ball with them and we think they love the attention really.
The time came from han to get in with the dolphins. She was in a group of 5, so they had lots of oppourtunity to interact with them. They got to stroke her which was cool for them and they almost feel soft almost like a hard bolied egg but nicer. han got to watch them swim under water through a mask, made her sing, play ball with her, get a kiss from
across the breakwater..
..coffs harbour the other side.. her, tickle her tounge and hold her.
They were probably in the water for over 30 mins and at the end before they got out, a seal went in the pool, that they had a chance to interact with as well. It was like an excitable dog! It was an amazing experience for her, and one that shell never forgot but definately one shell want to do again.
