Ouch

FINALLY the sun came out. its been torrential rain for the past 3 days. no diving or surfing because the swell has been massive so ive been stuck in Byron Bay. but today we all awoke to beautiful clear blue skies...the brightest clearest blue imaginable. so everyone hit the beach. including me since the swell was still too big to surf.
Im a little tender now...some fairly uncomfortable burnage going on! silly me! but im so not the only one. looking round the table at the hostel just prooved how many people had been so excited bout the sunshine. im pretty annoyed cos i was wearing factor 30+ but i guess i missed bits...the most patchy sunburn ever! so no one really feels like partying tonight...no one can stand too close to anyone cos it hurts!!!
Got some lovely photographs of Byron in the sun....finally. and hopefully will be able to get them upoaded.
