Byron bay 2-3/12

Arrived lateish in byron bay, so pretty much just met people off the oz bus for food and drink and tried out a club we had free entry and a free drink for-one of the nicest cocktails we've had.

The next day we headed out on a bike ride to the most easterly point of mainland australia and to a lighthouse. This area was really pretty and it was really cool to think we had gone as far east as you could actually go in oz.
When we got back we used the rest of the day to explore byron bays main area checking out the shops and cafes. At night time we got caught in a really cool storm with thunder and lightening, people were going crazy playing in the water, acting like little kids. Byron bay is a really nice area. Think we both prefer this end of austarlia, from noosa down its really gorgeous.
