Grand Cayon
Ozzie Style Hey All
Claire and I have been enjoying be free to travel once again and have been making the most of it. Yesterday we went on a fantastic trip to the blue mountains just outside Sydney. It was a long day starting with us being picked up at 6.30 and not getting back till 9, but it was well worth it. The views of the mountains and Sydney at night were great. It started with a picknick by a river at the foot of the blue mountains. Then we were taken to Australia's much smaller version of the grand canyon. Next we headed to Scenic world where we were taken on the World's steepest railway, walked through the rainforest and had a ride on a cable car. Scenic World affords the best views of the blue mountains most famous formation The Three sisters. Afterwards we were taken to see a rather unimpressive aborignal carving of a Kangaroo (300 years old). The a quick trip to Sydney's olympic village and finishing off with a sea cat voyage into Sydney habour at night.
Finally its starting to heat up over here, thank god. Claire and I will be doing some sun
