I thnk violence at times is justifiable when it's for the greater good for the people. An example for this is the American Revolutionary War. The Americans fought against the British to stop the British from taxing and controlling their land. The Americans ended up defeating the British and were no longer taxed or controlled by the British. This shows when violence is justifiable; on the other hand, violence is not justifiable when innocent bystanders get hurt. An example for this is the recent bombing that happened in Boston. Who knows what the guy was trying to make a point of, but because he was probably trying to make a point many people were injured and three people died. This is what I believe when violence is and not justifiable.
