This article "Why Do Women Still Earn Less Than Men?" relate to what we are learning in our class of World History because they are saying that the reason why is because of gender segregation. In the article it says that the jobs the people choose are different fore example a job for women would be like teachers or nurses. One of the World History class themes that are taliking in this article is Social structures. Social structures is one because the article is talking about the gender roles. The article is also talking about economics. Economics would be one of the themes related to this article because they talk about how the women are payed 20% less than what men receive. I agree with the author because it is unfair to be payed less than men because of gender. It is also unfair to to be able to have those types of jobs men have. This article makes me ask why dont women still dont have the same rights as men. I want to also learn others right that women dont have and men do.
