He passed a law that would banned the trade for slaves. The present day today slavery still exist for woman in human trafficing.

The polaris project is for people who are in some tyoe of slavery a hotline to help them in the time of need. This hotline is to help young people who experience human trafficing and help them to go to a place that they feel safe at. I believe that human trafficing is a way of slavery because women are force to do certain things. They are treated like slaves before the agreement
