<li style="padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 5px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 5px; list-style-type: none;">What are some of the reasons that books are banned in high schools?<li style="padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 5px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 5px; list-style-type: none;">1.The books were banned due to sex violence foul language etc.<li style="padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 5px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 5px; list-style-type: none;">Do you agree with any of these reasons? Explain.<li style="padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 5px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 5px; list-style-type: none;">2.I believe that these are some important reasons so in a way I do agree. I believe that without expressing these actions many people wouldn't get to know about how these actions can affect a certain things.<li style="padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 5px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 5px; list-style-type: none;">What reasons do you NOT agree with (this means that you think high school students SHOULD be able to read about these topics). Why?<li style="padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 5px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 5px; list-style-type: none;">3.I don't agree the reason of sex and violence because these are major things that are very important to real life.<li style="padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 5px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 5px; list-style-type: none;">Who do you think pressures teachers on what they should or shouldn't teach?<li style="padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 5px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 5px; list-style-type: none;">4.Because most teachers have different views on different things and you don't want someone to teach their opinion.<li style="padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 5px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 5px; list-style-type: none;">If one wanted to fight against book censorship, explain at least one way in which they could do so.<li style="padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 5px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 5px; list-style-type: none;">5.For example in Huck Finn, they wanted to censor the book from using the n-word. However one can argue that saying that word would help get a idea of how the time actually was.<li style="padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 5px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 5px; list-style-type: none;">Any other additional thoughts or comments?
