HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!

Well the movers just left and we are sitting in an empty apartment getting ready to take off for Iowa for Thanksgiving. This will be the first leg of our 2011-12 adventure. The difference this time is that we don't plan to return to Illinois in the Spring. We had a difficult time saying our good-byes this time. We have been here almost 40 years and have made so many wonderful friends. You will be sorely missed. But we're not burning any bridges in case this adventure doesn't work out.

You guys are so much fun! Glad we got to connect finally before you left. I'm happy we've got your blogs & emails so we can stay in touch. Charlie & Elizabeth just left HHI, driving back to Ohio. Mark had car trouble and did not come this year. Ken's brother Greg and family left early this am as well. We had FABULOUS weather this year - low 60s to 75 every day. I played tennis four times with my former team mates, and golf twice with family. We head out on Monday am and will probably drive straight home unless we run into bad weather.
