One day America celebrates nation wide is veterans day. Citizens take this time to remember those who are fighting for us and those who have died fighting for us. There was an article regarding the tomb of the unknown soldiers. People, famous or not would come by and pay respect. One person that came to pay respect was the president. This shows the level of respect that veterans are given for giving up their lives for us whether they were highly ranked or were as ranked as low as a private. No one knows who these soldiers were and how respect they got within their unit, but the fact that they are unknown and we still value their deaths shows that we have respect for all our veterans.
