The Maya were located  in Guatemala and Yucatan region in Mexico.Maya's  government were ruled by the priest.  The priest were the cause of the government  to fall because farmers no longer wanted to obey the priest. In the Maya culture believe in multiple gods. The Mayan's were intelligent they created new technology. They, the priest , have probably developed a mathematical system that includes zero and can help to complex calculations. They would study the sky and stars to see how the earth rotates. The way that that the Maya people would write and keep track of history in stones, bark paper, or deerskin book. The would use symbols, in other word pictograph and phonetic writing.
