This article relates to what we are learning in class because it goes more in depth about different social classes and how that and gender affected a persons role. In class everyone just gave in to what roles they were given. No one tried to fight. This is similar to the system in the article. People just gave into what theirroles were and no one tried to stop it. In the U.S we have more freedom to do what we want and our ociety isn't based off social class. What interested me was when the article talked about was the woman who prostate and it was Gods choice to make them do that and that it was a good thing.
